Available as a Chrome extension this tool takes lest than a minute to download and install on your PC. A small icon of the tool sits right on the extension bar of your web browser in no time. To use the extension you first need to sign-in to your Gmail account and authorize the app.
This is a simple tool and lets you forward multiple emails at one go and that too in just a few clicks. You just have to filter those emails and click on the tool icon appearing on your tool ribbon.
A new pop-up will open asking for the email address you want to forward your mails to. Enter the address and click on Multi-Forward. It takes a few second to forward the emails, depending on the number of emails you are forwarding. Also, it adds a label multi-forward to the forwarded emails which further helps you to finding the forwarded mails easily.
Privacy of Multi-Forward For Gmail
It is a safe tool and stores no other data except the number of emails you have forwarded using the extension. Currently there is a limit of 100 emails per day imposed by Google.
While there is an option of Filter which can be used to forward the emails automatically but it only works with new mails coming to your inbox. It won’t help you forwarding the emails already resting in your inbox. We can always use Cc and Bcc to send an email to multiple addresses but what would you do if you want to forward many emails to one address! Multi-Forward For Gmail is the answer.
Please note that if you are forwarding a thread(a group of related emails emails) using this extension, it will forward only the last/latest message of that thread.
Overall, it is a nice, simple and free tool to forward multiple email at one go. You do not need any technical knowledge to use the tool, just install the extension and you can forward multiple emails just in a few clicks.
